One nostril bigger and lower; is there anything I can do about it? (Photo)

Hi! My one nostril is bigger and lower than other. Is there anything I can do about it? And what causes it? It really bothers me.

Nostril asymmetry

it is hard to say based on one photo. I usually correct this with either a subalar graft or alar base reduction; sometimes both. Filler can also be used to simulate the subalar graft.

Nostril asymmetry

It looks like in the photo that this is normal asymmetry. If a worm's eye view shows something else then it is a different story.
