Do I require tertiary rhinoplasty? What's wrong with my nose? Noisy breathing, nasal valve pinching, dry mouth & pain (Photo)

Asked By:peachents in Leicester, GB

I had a revision rhinoplasty with extensive grafting just over a year ago, 2 months ago a Dr inserted a cottle speculum into my nose and applied pressure to my turbinates and septum. Straight away I noticed breathing problems, swelling and now physical deformaties. Right side feels too open, left too narrow. Will it resolve with time? What are my options? Will the turbinates reform/reposition correctly? Is a tertairy rhinoplasty in order and how long would I have to wait? Thank you very much.
