LASIK - should I get an enhancement?

I had LASIK (OD +3.25/-2.5x10 and OS +3.25/-3x152) and got a decent outcome (20/20 each eye but not crisp) Getting headaches from working on computer. It's been 2 years since the procedure and my optometrist has given me glasses OD pl/-0.75x34 and OS pl/-0.75x150. Wearing the glasses my vision is extra crisp and back to 20/15, which is what I had with glasses before LASIK. Should I get an enhancement?

Ultimately whether or not to have an enhancement is up to you. Having said that, I think that you would find that most surgeons would be hesitant to do an enhancement in such a situation. You have really received an excellent outcome especially given your original prescription. This is a classic situation in which I would say that sometimes the enemy of excellent is perfect. What I mean is that there is a risk that you could have an enhancement and end up worse than where you are currently. If I were in your shoes I would feel that the risk of worsening would be too high for the small possible benefit. I would encourage you to speak to your eye doctors about optimizing your ocular surface. It could possibly be that by simply improving dryness on the surface of your eye that your vision would improve.
