I want permanent eyeliner on my top lashes. Should I get it done right after I get my extensions refilled or wait until the extensions are falling out?

Eyelash extensions will need to be removed
prior to any eyeliner procedure and you will not be able to have them put back
on for 1.5-2 weeks. Keep in mind that a touch up procedure is required 6 weeks
after the initial procedure and eyelashes will have to be removed for that as
well.
