What can be done to remove the appearance of burn marks 3 months after laser hair removal? (photos)

Dear doctor, I was burned from a candela laser removal early October this year, did 2 PRP Sessions, and used hydroponic al on my burns but my legs still looking like this, please help, what else can I do to make sure these marks will go away? It been nearly 3 months. Thank you
