Can my teeth be moved back while wearing my retainer again? (photos)

I had braces for 2 1/2 years. I gott them off about 3 years ago. I wore my retainers for the first 2 months and stopped completely after.

Your retainers don't have the ability to move your teeth. They were designed to prevent movement of your teeth. It would be best to have orthodontic treatment again. Fortunately you have the choice to wear clear aligners, which would be more comfortable and esthetic vs traditional braces.
All the best,
