What do I need to have surgery to correct my anterior crossbite or just braces? (photo)

I want to finally get it fixed but am curious how severe it is.. Could I just remove the tooth and put a fake one in for a quick fix?

Fixing One Anterior Tooth in Crossbite

This is a very easy fix. You do NOT need surgery nor do you want to extract the tooth. In my office, I would use a product called Fastbraces and you would be completely finished in six months.
Good luck!
