Options to help a neck scar

I would use a combination of IIT, surgical scar revision, and Plato's Scar Serum to help reduce the scarring on the neck; followed by fractional laser.

Hypertrophic Scar/Keloid -- Pulsed Dye Laser/VBeam, 5fu/steroids, Fraxel/Viva, CO2, Aerolas

I would suggest an in person consultation with an expert for evaluation. Hypertrophic scarring should be treated in a combination approach with lasers along with steroid/5fu injections. Best, Dr. Emer

Las Vegas Curling ironNeck Scar

Dear Aly

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate curling Iron burn and resulting scar.

The scar appears slightly wide and hypo pigmented.
A Scar revision would likely be able to leave you with a much finer although slightly longer fine line scar.  This would be however probably less noticeable and more cosmetically attractive.

Warm Regards,
