Septoplasty unsuccessful. Any suggestions?

I had a septoplasty in 2015 which has been unsuccesful. This has been the 2nd operation to try and correct my breathing difficulties. What more can be done? I have a big nose not broken just generally big - is this the issue? Could I get a rhinoplasty on the NHS if I require a 3rd surgery?

Revision septoplasty

Functional issues with nasal breathing can be due to a variety of reasons and sometimes in a cumulative way. Septum is only one variable, internal and external nasal valves, and nasal mucousal disease for example are some the other significant factors. I recommend you to get a thorough evaluation by someone who has good experience with functional nasal surgery (septorhinoplsty).
