How to change the way my smile looks? (photos)

Question

I'm really skinny but have fat cheeks so my smile isn't wide. Is there a way to change that without surgery. Do I have to widen my smile with braces? I have high cheekbones if that helps

This is a difficult question to answer without photos.  I would say that many times the arch can be widened with porcelain veneers giving a significant improvement.  Only after seeing these photos would I be able to comment with certainty on your specific case.  Good luck.
