PRK surgery can be done even with higher prescriptions but results start going down drastically especially with coexisting astigmatism. I would not like to do PRK in this prescription. ICL is better definitely if you are otherwise fit for procedure.
If you have PRK it will hurt a lot again so you should have LASEK instead. Contura is only for highly aberrated corneas btw, so if someone says you need that it means the 1st ablation was not great. you need intraop MMC so you don't scar after the enhancement. good luck
You're way past treatment parameters for LASIK, your astigmatism wouldn't be corrected much if you got PRK it would be very painful and again your correction would regress, leaving you with astigmatism your only solution is to do LASEK and then it would get rid of most of your astigmatism, but...
