This is a really difficult question to answer because it depends which product was used and how much overfil you feel there is. Please also consider that if this is a recent procedure you may still have an element of oedema present which will affect the appearance. You can remove hyaluronic acid fillers with hyaluronidase if you are really troubled by the appearance, but this procedure is not without its own issues such as allergy and reduction of native hyaluronic acid, so please think carefully before going ahead with this. It goes without saying that if you are concerned you should contact your original provider.
