Nasal skin thickness. Any suggestions? (photos)

Ablative laser + isotretinoin
Losing weight may not change the thickness much, but ablative laser (erbium or CO2) in the right hands should be able to give you a good result. With your darker skin-type, I tend to favor the erbium:YAG laser, and usually, once all is healed, finish off with a 6 month course of low dose isotretinon which should give a good long-term outcome. Seek a specialist used to treating skin of colour.
Reduce Nasal Skin Thickness / Possible Rhinophyma -- Lasers, Radiowave, Microneedling, Peels
Surgery would be the best option for reducing nasal thickness if you had issues with cartilage and shape. Lasers can be used to trim/slim tissue on the nose but have to be done conservatively in darker skinned patients. Please see a well trained laser trained dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer.
