Post op problems

Please call your doctor immediately.  As stated previously, this may be nothing, but you don't want to miss something dangerous like a blood clot.  Please, please call your doctor. Your doctor wants to hear about something like this!

Could be due to anesthesia. Please call and see your operative surgeon ASAP.. Best to seek care before posting, we do not know your medical/surgical history...

Breast reconstruction

It is difficult to see the specifics in your photo, but I agree that you should be evaluated for a potentially dangerous blood clot.

Groin pain following a breast reconstruction

If you are experiencing unusual pain then you should contact your surgeon.  Better safe than sorry.  It is not possible to diagnose a problem from your description.

Post Operative Complications

You should see you doctor immediately.   Groin cramps may be nothing more than a pulled muscle but other things such as a blood clot must be ruled out.  See you doctor immediately.   My Best,  Dr C
