I had a Septoplasty in April this year, all went well and I now can breathe a lot better through my right nostril, since this surgery and has got worse as the time gone on. My throat is extremely dry all the time, I cannot produce any mucus on the right hand side and to be fair I have very little on the left which makes my throat extremely dry that it feels like I have an obstruction/narrowed? Is this normal or is there anything I can do to help? Thank you I’m advance. Craig

It is not uncommon for septal deviations to recur. It is more common with puberty, after trauma, or following surgery. Spurs don't usually "re-grow", if they are completely removed. New ones can form, however.I hope this helps clarify things for you. Good luck!
