Hello there,
The cost of porcelain veneers depends upon several factors including the dentist you select and the area in which you live or travel to for dental procedures. Generally the cost per tooth can range from $900-$2000. I would recommend doing some online research to find an experienced cosmetic dentist. The best indicator to determine if the dentist you choose is going to give you the results that he/she claims, is by viewing before and after photos of his/her patients that have undergone similar or the same procedures. Good luck and I hope this helps. 1. There so many factors that come into play when discussing the cost of porcelain veneers.  Here are a few: 1.  Your geographic area2.  The experience of the cosmetic dentist3.  Your bite and what the procedure would entail.  4.  The materials (type of porcelain) used.  Based on the factors the cost can range from $800-$2500 per tooth.  Always remember, you get what you pay for with this procedure.  Best of luck.

A well done case by an experienced and trained dentist (it is not part of dental school, so not ALL dentists are prepared for smile makeovers) is not priced per tooth.  Additional lab costs, time on smile design and planning, and fees based on care, skill, and judgement normally result in a "case fee".  It is normally a bundled amount, including ALL costs.  One could "do the math" and figure out what the "per tooth cost" is, but it is misleading. There are offices that when asked (as an example) the fee for a veneer, and given $1000 (a round number for easy math here).  But when charged $15,000 for 10 veneers the patient will feel deceived, expecting a cost of $10,000.  So while a patient CAN call around to price out a veneer, it is generally best to find a dentist that can deliver the best result in the most efficient manner (2 visits vs 10).Plan on $15,000 to $20,000 for a 10 tooth smile makeover.  Anything less may indicate less experience, training, or inferior lab used.

The price in our office may be around for 700 to 1k , you should know that you may need other procedures such as gingivectomy to improve the contour of the gums and have a better result and therefore an additional charge . Everything depends on the time , lab , digital planning, scanning mouth are resources that depends on the case may be needed, in conclusion the complexity of the case is that dictates the final price and of course the patient's expectations .

The cost of porcelain veneers is determined by many things. The lab fee, the dentist's skill and education and region are determining factors in pricing. In the Dallas area you should be prepared to pay 1-2k per tooth. There are many excellent dentists in your area who should be able to help you get the smile of your dreams. One place to start is by looking for dentists who are members of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. They have a directory on their website.
