Thank you for asking about your non-surgical face lift.
Unfortunately a 'liquid' or 'non-surgical' face lift uses fillers to add volume to the face. Given your 'fat face', it will make your face 'fatter.' You have a lovely face - and fullness is youthful. The only thing I notice in your photo is fullness in the neck, which may be inherited. Reduction of the fat with Kybella or liposuction or surgical fat removal will give your lovely face a better 'frame' so it does not look so heavy.
