I am 5 days post LASIK surgery for monovision. During the surgery, the flap on my distance eye broke suction. I have already had 2 follow up appointments and am reading at 20/20. The flap has attached itself perfectly, but I am now unable to see distance. Anything across the room is completely blurry. I cannot see street signs until I am right next to them. I can't even see the license plate of the vehicle right in front of me. I have not tried driving at night.

0.25 D is not considered a large enough change to call your prescription unstable. 0.25-0.50D changes are still considered within range when establishing stability. I would recommend going in for a LASIK consultation to see if you would be a good candidate for LASIK.
It is probably ok to get the lash extensions 1 week after Lasik, but I recommend that you wait about a month. No sense in irritating things at this early healing phase.
