Revision rhinoplasty for more projection and length. Could it be due to the swelling?
Hi, I made a rhinoplasty two months ago, with the aim to project and lengthen a short and small nose ,due to previous aggressive rhinoplasty. The Doctor has put a lot of rib grafts inside the nose and the tip. It seems, however, that in addition to be very wide for the swelling, the tip is too pointy and the nose much longer than planned, with a very low tip. Could it be due to the swelling? Can the tip, with the healing, lift or turn upwards? Thank you
