Isolaz is better for acne than n-lite. N-lite isn't even made anymore. Its an old laser and most doctors have moved on years ago to newer and better technologies.
The newest laser for acne is Aclera (Palomar) which was created by the same developer as the Isolaz. We were one of the first users of Isolaz and have seen a very nice response in treatment of active acne for the last five years. We are seeing excellent results with Aclera as well. We recommend these as the most effective lasers or light sources for active acne. NLite is an old pulsed dye laser which is no longer in use. NLite was found not to be very effective for acne.
