Hi female and had fue HT done 3 weeks ago to lower hairline, 3/4 days ago i notice alot of thinning in my native hair mainly on my right side and in through crown, how long can this go on for. Thanks in advance for answers.

Shock loss in females is unusual but when it does happen, all of the hair that is lost will return when the new hair grows out (usually 6 months)
