you should have completely healed by six weeks. If you have redness it could be infection and you should see your doctor for follow up visit.

Red spots indicate a folliculitis, a complication of hair transplant recipient areas. Go back to your doctor and get the diagnosis and have him treat it,

Signs of Folliculitis

You have some clear pustules on your scalp and associated redness surrounding some of the follicles.  Together they indicate likely folliculitis.  Folliculitis is an infection of the follicles which generally requires antibiotic therapy.  You should see a doctor right away.
