A recent show that taping for one week after the cast removal is beneficial in thick-skinned patients.  Since you are 15 days postop, you probably don't need it anymore, but should verify this with your surgeon.

Different surgeons will have different preferences regarding taping the nose after surgery.  I do not recommend taping after the initial cast and tape are removed at 1 week, but I don't know what your surgeon would want.  Please get in touch with your nose surgeon for further recommendations.  Good luck in your recovery!
