I'm 13days post lipo/bbl so far 6in Off waist before 36 now 29 hips 42 now 36 my butt im still not sure how I feel about the results usually I just see myself with the garment since I get help with my showers & getting the garment back on my doctor said it looked great that he didnt think much booty fat would die but im still very swollen around my abdomen Now my question is if I wear A waist trainer while still wearing A foam board under will it help reduce inflammation & reduce my waist more?

You have to give your body at least 12 weeks to start seeing results and final results can take 3-6 months depending the way your body heals. Too early to judge on the final result. You are still at the healing stage. The area in your lower back will be still bruised and swollen and this will take 8-12 weeks to settle. Wear your garment and keep your follow up with your surgeon.Thank you for your question
