Non-invasive options for saggy skin after double jaw surgery?

I had double jaw surgery 4 months ago. While I'm happy with the results, I've noticed that the area around my jowls and mouth look a little saggy (my lower jaw was set back 9 mm) and make me look older than before. I am 31 years old and was wondering what would be a good way to fix this non-invasively? It is not terribly noticeable to others but is to me and those close to me. Would botox injections help or do I need some kind of invasive procedure to "lift" the entire area?
