Is it ok to use hyaluronic acid after retin A? (Photo)

I'm fei 30yo asian woman. I used retin A 0.025 cream for 2 days and my skin became red, itchy and had some bumps. So i stop use it for now. I used benzolac in the morning. FYI i didn't use any moisturizer or sunscreen. I google and found that some people used hyaluronic acid and vitamin c+e serum after retin A. Can i skip moisturizer and use the hyaluronic? Pls help me to choose the good sunscreen for sensitive skin. I used to get breakouts whenever i used moisturizer/sunscreen. Pls help thanks
