It's not genetic my parents have healthy fist n fingers. Plz suggest me what should I do?

Your photo shows an entirely normal hand of a lean male.  

Other than weight gain, fat grafting or use of fillers like Sculptra could theoretically be used to add fullness.

However, if you were my brother, I'd tell you that you don't really need it!

Fat grafting is perfect as it add softness, camouflaging the veins and tendons.

Your skin quality is good, however, fat grafting works best up to the first of the two finger joints.
