Do I need implants for a small mouth with 2 teeth on both lower and upper jaws missing (lateral incisors)? (Photos)

Had an orthodontic treatment,implant afterwards on upper jaw. doc. faced difficulty creating space moved incisors outwards.I now have protruding jaw; missmatched shape,color crowns.I have to strech my mouth too much for showing half of smile.I want to remove my implants. The procedure went on for 5 yrs and I am 22 now. Had them for 1.5+ yrs. I don't want my adjoining teeth to suffer if they are trivial plus I would have to go for ortho treatment again, if it's even possible. What should i do?

it's my advice to discuss your concern with your orthodontist or take a second opinion from another orthodontist. As your case is interdisciplinary [ ortho and implant], so search dentist accordingly. it's my advice to go for Invisalign with the implant for more predictable and fast outcome.
