Lipoma in the chest wall, what to do?

Thank you for sharing your question and CT images.  A lipoma is a benign tumor of fat and rarely causes any issues.  If this lipoma was incidentally found on your scan and is not thought to be contributing to any medical conditions, no treatment is needed and the lipoma can be followed with another scan in the future. Hope this helps.

Lipoma in chest wall

You will need to see a general surgeon for this and it will need to be performed in a surgery under anesthesia. This is not an in-office procedure. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot be held as true medical advice, but only opinion.
