Developed an overbite after orthodontic treatment. Can the teeth in the lower jaw be made to come forward?
No tooth extractions, only stripping of the front 6 teeth done in the lower jaw. No stripping was done for the teeth in the upper jaw. Now after the treatment, the lower teeth have gone in quite a bit and the upper teeth overlap the lower teeth a fair bit. Also, I find myself biting my tongue often especially when I sneeze. Is it possible to move the teeth in the lower jaw forward and fill the gaps with cement or something? My lower lip has also gone in, as a result.
