Any suggestions for arch widening with six month smile? (photos)

hi my dentist told me with the six month smile brace my arch will widen and things will unravel and she will only grind away 0.1-0.2 of the teeth but on the first fitting of the brace she has already ground away more than that. has she lied to me to get my money .

You may get an improvement on some parts with six month smiles but I would also get a consultation with a specialist. They may be able to provide a limited treatment plan which would get your needs met and still give you an affordable option with a better result. You only want to do it once.

You still have rotation on your upper centrals and lateral.  This can be fixed but needs more time to do it correctly. Your case looks to be an improvement but treatment is incomplete. I would pursue a consultation with specialist who should be able to improve your result.

I would go back to your dentist and ask him what he or she intends to do about the gap between your front teeth. I certainly wouldn’t try cosmetic bonding before talking to your dentist or an orthodontist. Your front teeth obviously aren’t in the position that you had hoped for. Ask your gen...

From your photos, it appears to me that Invisalign would be a far better choice for you. With Invisalign, you have far better control over individual tooth movement
