The adhesives used for Lumineers are no different then adhesives used in other dental applications.  Bonding of all dental materials involved chemical that are typically hypoallergenic.  The dental bonding agents and cements typically contain bisphenol-A-diglycidylether dimethacrylate (BisGMA) and triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA) polymer.  Zirconia/silica and fumed silica fillers are used to impart radiopacity, wear resistance and physical strength.  None of these chemical once cured are very reactive in the mouth and are very non-allergenic.
