Right eye vision is ok. Left eye vision was same as right eye one month after lasik but it seems to be getting worse. Now there is a lot of difference between left eye and right eye vision. If I squint my left eye I see better

LASIK does not cause loss of eyelashes. Sometimes, the medications used after LASIK are very thick and may clump around the lash line. Lashes may be removed when trying to clean this region and rubbing too aggressively. I recommend being more careful and blotting gently with artificial tears.
It sounds like your eyes may be dry which can happen after laser vision correction. I would recommend you speak with your doctor to see if your eyes are dry and artificial tears may help you.
