I have dark spots and scars all over my legs and elbows. Is there anything I can use that would even out my skin tone? (Photos)

I've had eczema since the third grade and now I'm a senior. The dark spots are the worst on the back of my thighs.

I would suggest an in person consultation with an expert for evaluation. Scars can be improved with lasers, microneedling, skin lightening and fillers. Please seek an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Hyperpigmentation from scars, eczema and PIH

It seems from your pictures that you would benefit from an in-person consultation.  At our practice, I typically recommend at home brightening and/or lightening creams such as Skin Medica's "Lytera Skin Brightening Cream" or prescription Hydroquinone.  In office procedures such as chemical peels, exfoliators and microneedling works well for darker skin types.  Certain lasers are safe for all skin types such as Sublative Fractional RF.Hope this helps.  Good luck.
