Had Medpor orbital rim implants for 3 years. Thinking of changing them to Terino Malar Shell. Please confirm: 1. Medpor is difficult to remove if you get an infection. 2. Medpor has higher risk of infection. 3. Terino Malar Shell is the same as Gore Tex and has less risks than Medpor. Also considering removing implants without replacing them, but lack projection in cheek area and have a negative vector. Can Cheek Lift and Fat Transfer be done instead? Will it look as nice as implants?
