Red, Indented Scar From Surgery Two Years Ago, What Can I Do?

I have a straight red and indented scar down the middle of my nose from where it was split open and reconstructive surgery about two years ago. What can i do? Due to the loss of my husbands job we no longer have insurance.

Treating a red scar with a laser

Indentation and redness can both be improved with scar revision modalities. You may consider treating the redness first with a pulsed dye laser. Raffy Karamanoukian Los Angeles

Indented, red linear

The indentation and redness are somewhat separate issues when it comes to scars.  Filler, saline subcision, resurfacing approaches may help elevate the depressed scar, while laser modalities should help with redness.
