Question

I am 24. Currently have a 13m old. I am trying to avoid a tummy tuck at all costs as I find even the best results are often unnatural looking. I have what I consider to be mild skin laxticity issues. (Mostly smooth when standing gets worse when hunched over). Do you think I could see decent results with lipo followed by thermage immediately after? I have read this technique can help a decent bit with skin. Not expecting miracles just decent improvement.

This will ultimately depend on the skin laxity and requires an in-person evaluation to answer. You appear to be a candidate for a tummy tuck and when combined with liposuction, which can be performed at the same time, will give you great results. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, body shaping and definition. This combination will give you a toned, yet natural looking physique.
