Great question! As long as you are not having an active outbreak, in the area to be treated, at the time of treatment and subsequent touch-up, you should be fine. An active outbreak in places other than the area to be microblade does not necessarily rule out treatment. It may take longer to heal from the procedure because your immune system is actively engaged in fighting the virus, but it should not affect the final result. You may want to pretreat with an anti-viral if you are prone to outbreaks after procedures or stressful situations. The only direct contraindication is an outbreak in the area to be treated.Hope this is helpful. Best regards,Dr. Amy
There is a risk that the microblading could be infected with the herpes virus. As this is an elective procedure, I would not undertake it.
Hello milanfc10101010, There should be no need to worry as long as the procedures are performed by an experienced licensed professional in a sterile setting, preferably with a physician available on site and that you follow all post care instructions. Best to you,
You need to speak with your acne doctor about the safety of doing microblading in your exact sitation. It always pays to be safe
No need to worry. You can tattoo over the injected area. The filler will not move as long as you have the tattooing done after 1 week of injections.Enjoy your treatments!
