I have these tiny bumps on the sides of my face and my forehead and they have been here for months now- They don't hurt like acne pimples do and are very small. I use obagi gentle cleaner and even tried a scrub/ retina/ and Tazorac..etc. These bumps look terrible when I put makeup on, it makes them more noticeable but I don't feel comfortable not wearing makeup.
