A couple of years after getting two side by side implants I noticed a lump on the gums above them. Advice?

Hello! I think you have a possible infection from how I see from the photo. Possible periimplantitis. Go back to your doctor and check for it and also you can do an X-ray to check for bone retraction or infection.  Sanatate!

Just to be clear, when was the implant placed and how long after placement did you develop the tingling sensation?
