I am 6 days post-op for septoplasty. Can I drink coffee today? If not, when can I start to drink coffee again? Wondering about this because I have a load of work to complete and I have completely strayed away from all caffeine, but it is much harder for me to get my work done without a little caffeine.

Habits can be hard to break. I would suggest making a conscious effort to stop, otherwise you may undo the good work your doctor has done for you. If you cannot do it on your own, call your doctor and discuss this habit with them, a brief course of an antianxiety medication may be helpful.
1 week after surgery it's pretty common to have some crusts, dried blood and occasionally clots and some in your nose that can affect breathing and your sense of smell. This should improve over time, as healing can take up to 6 weeks.
