I (F, 28) have lost 15 kg (goal -25kg) since last year and as a result, have saggy arms and thighs. I am trying to avoid surgery so I figured its better to have less invasive procedures now, rather than wait until i lost 10kg and have even more saggy skin. What kind of procedures would you recommend? And how many sessions? I live in a german village and my access to that kind of information is limited.
