What would be best for my bulbous nose? (photos)

My nose has always been an issue for me. When I smile it droops down quite a bit and I've noticed my nose is also crooked. I would like to get natural rhinoplasty. Something that would make my nose slightly pointed up. What I want to know is, what is the best possible way to fix my bulbous nose and make it slightly point upwards?

Rhinoplasty -

A rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose.
One thing to keep in mind though is that there is a limitation to the amount of tip refinement you can achieve (how small/narrow) because of the thickness of your skin.
While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible. Using autologous grafts (tissue and cartilage from your own body) will provide the safest and most permanent results.

Bulbous tip and droopy nose rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty can be done to refine a bulbous and droopy tip. The main idea is to make your convex tip cartilages more flat so your tip is less rounded. The tip can also be positioned up a bit so there is more of an up angle and less drooping.

Rhinoplasty, some advices:

Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us. The harmony between facial parts makes us instinctively recognize the beauty... without knowing it, without defining it, just a perception that surprises and captivates us. In this regard, I suggest perform a Closed Rhinoplasty (without visible scars) to treat the tip, base and nasal bridge. With this procedure you get a delicate nose, better harmonize with your other facial features. Respectfully,

Closed rhinoplasty for a bulbous tip reduction

A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing the bulbous tip with a combination of cartilage removal and suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip.  All the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose.  Thick skin in the tip of the nose will be a significant impediment to seeing a very refined result in that area. The thickness of the skin is determined at time of examination. A rhinoplasty procedure can also lift the tip, and releasing the depressor septi ligament will prevent it from drooping when smiling. Straightening the nose is accomplished with osteotomies placed in the nasal bones, and a cartilaginous spreader graft placed underneath the upper lateral cartilage on the concave side.
