What is the best procedure for sagging neck and loose skin under face/jaw line?

Neck Lift or Face Lift Best Options for Sagging Necks

Depending on the quality of your skin, underlying musculature and bone structure, either a neck lift or a face lift would give you the most dramatic improvement for a sagging neck and jawline. The skin on the neck loses elasticity quickly and its tone can only be improved minimally by other methods, such as lasers and chemical peels. Those can be used in addition to a lift to keep your skin in top condition, but you will not get the results you want without undergoing some sort of surgery. I hope this helps.

A lower face/neck lift under local is a great procedure for that sagging jawline/neck.

A lower face/neck lift under local with a little iv sedation does wonders and is easy to undergo for that sagging face/neck. It is so much safer than under general anesthesia and very affordable.

What is the best procedure for sagging neck and loose skin under face/jaw line?

Thank you for your question.  For a saggy neck and a poorly defined jawline, a conventional facelift with scars around the ears and some manipulation of the SMAS and a small incision under the chin to help tighten the neck would usually be required.  Photos would help for the evaluation.  Be sure to consult with an experienced plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Good luck!

Double Chin Treatment / Laxity-- SmartLipo/VASER/ThermiRF, Botox, Venus Legacy, Kybella, CoolMini

VASER and ThermiRF do great in combination to this area but you need a formal consult to see if other tightening procedures or surgery is best.  Dr. Emer.

Lower face and neck lift

When looking into a procedure like this, you need to see what is causing what you don't like in the mirror. The things that can be address surgically are the skin, the fat and the muscle. Definitely seek out a board certified plastic surgeon in your area with an expertise in Facial Aesthetics for a consultation and more details. From these pictures it is hard to say what your best options are.

Lower facelift

By what you are describing, I think a lower facelift, which includes the neck would make you happy. This is a surgical procedure that will help lift the cheeks, jowls, and the full neck. Make sure you talk to someone who is well versed and had a lot of experiences with face and neck surgery. Hope this helps

Face and Neck lifting.

Everyone is different with different anatomy and different circumstances.  But what you are describing most often is best remedied by a tailoring focused faceband neck lift.  Tailored based on what your needs are.   Sometimes more and sometimes less surgical dissection, tightening, lipo reduction is needed.

What is the best procedure for sagging neck and loose skin under face/jaw line?

A lower facelift otherwise known as a neck lift is still the gold standard for rejuvenation of the neck.
Depending on the degree of skin laxity or excess fat present a lesser procedure may be applicable.
Consulting with plastic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery is your first step
in making your decision.
Good luck to you.

Lower face and neck leit for neck and face rejuvenation

A full set of photographs are required to make a determination about  the appropriate procedure. In our practice, the goal of a lower face and neck lift is to tighten loose facial and neck skin, tighten loose facial and neck muscles, remove the fatty deposits in the neck, and lift the jowls. It's important to have a natural-appearing result, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience

Lower Facelift

By your description you are describing what a lower facelift does best...correct sagging neck and jawline tissues. What extent or type of facelift one may need would depend on the degree of neck sagging and howling.
