I had mohs surgery on my scalp, Dr had to go to the bone to get it all. He took about a silver dollar size spo. It's been 9 days and I'm still getting headaches, is this normsl.

You will have postop swelling and it will take time for everything to settle. Things will improve and these symptoms are normal. I would keep in contact with your PS but it sounds like everything is progressing appropriately.
No. Extreme pain is not normal after Mohs surgery. Of course, pain is subjective and everybody experiences it differently, but I would recommend that you follow up with your doctor to determine what is causing you so much pain and if that doctor cannot help, seek a second opinion. Good luck.
