Coolsculpting Strengths

There is only version of the Coolsculpting machine. There are different settings for the applicators to provide the best possible results. Consult with 3 experienced board certified plastic surgeons who have a certified coolsculpting center.

Note: Not all centers who have coolsculpting have the requisite training or expertise to be certified by Zeltiq, the manufacturer of Coolsculpting.

Does CoolSculpting come in Strengths?

Your question is an excellent one! There is only one strength that the company has pre-calculated for the procedure.  The setting was calculated through many studies and preprogramed into the computer in the CoolSculpting machine so no calculations are needed.

Does CoolSculpting come in strengths?

CoolSculpting does not come in different strengths.  There are specific treatment settings for the different applicators to give the best results.  Although these treatment settings could be altered, there is no evidence that altering them would produce improved results.

Coolsculpting is a non-surgical procedure, without any down time, and very minimal pain to no pain at all. It works by freezing and permanently destroying fat cells in difficult areas where you can "pinch an inch" of fat. Typically a treatment can range from one hour to three hours depending on how many areas you'd like to treat and you can expect to lose one inch of circumference width. The areas being treated are placed between a cooling plate and the fat is held by a vacuum suction.

Coolsculpting, does it come in strengths?

Coolsculpting works by cooling fat cells and inducing programmed cell death. Up to 25 percent of the treated fat cells will die after one treatment. There is one "strength" in terms of the cooling process. However the "strength" of the vacuum used to draw the fatty tissue away from the body and into the freezing apparatus can be adjusted.
