I have 4 front teeth implants and they are too small. is it possible to bond them or do a veneer to make them longer?

Sorry to hear that this has happened to you, but if I were your doctor, I would offer to redo your crowns for you.  I always show my patients a wax-up, which is a model that pretty much shows the patient exactly what their teeth will look like.  If this wasn't done, it does not mean that your dentist did something wrong, it just means that it was not his/her preference to do this.  If you just had the crowns placed on the implants in the past 30 days, I would recommend that he/she replace them at little or no charge.  However, if you had the crowns placed over the implants greater than 30 days ago, I would ask if he/she could replace them with a nice discount.  Either way, it is totally up to your doctor and the agreement that you made with him/her.  My policy is to always make my patients happy from start to finish, so I always do what pleases my patients when possible.  Every doctor is different and runs their offices differently.  Good luck and I hope this helps. Most dentists will show you the crowns on the implant teeth and require the patient's approval and acceptance before permanently cementing the crowns into place.  If you dentist didn't do that then I would go back to him/her and discuss your dissatisfaction with the results.Can the length of implant crowns made longer with bonding or veneering?  Neither are an effective way.  You would have to have the crowns redone.
