LISTEN to your operative surgeon! He/she has correctly diagnosed the issue as Mondor's syndrome. Follow the advise.//

This happens every once in a while and resolves within a few months with no specific treatment (in my experience).

the advice already given below I tell my patient's should it occur with them. Mondor's is a thrombosed vein leading to the breast forming a painful palpable cord and should resolve with time, warm compresses and anti- inflammatories

Your results look great and yes sounds like your doc nailed the diagnosis, I have my patients use hot water soaks along with an anti inflammatory medication like celebrex and some massage
