Might Fraxel Be a Better Choice over eMatrix for People with Eczema?

"Patients with eczema and extremely sensitive skin should not undergo the eMatrix laser treatment, as the laser may be too aggressive." http://www.locateadoc.com/articles/anti-aging-benefits-of-the-ematrix-laser-2158.html

Should people use Fraxel or Ematrix when they have eczema

It is not ideal to treat over  active skin disorders regardless of type of laser treatment; Fraxel or Ematrix

It is best to see your dermatologist, clear the eczema first and then perform any laser treatments
