I have an overbite believed to be from inward positioning of front bridge. Orthognathics or teeth reconstruction and elevation?

low jaw is pushed backward, hv vertical chin failure, and grinding incisors. occlusion adapted this way. Received conflicting opinions frm Surgeons and Orthodontists. some say to go for Ortho surgery, others say to go for all teeth reconstruction with crowns and molar elevation, pushing low jaw outward, then adapt front bridge angle. Thick pads are helping to test new position. Relief is good, and body posture is correcting. x-rays show normal jaw size. What solution for best face estethics?
